1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders usually take five to seven business days, and no longer than two weeks, to arrive

2. Where is my order being shipped from?

Your order is being shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.

3. Why hasn’t my order arrived?

Your order may be delayed for one of a few different reasons. Depending on where you are located (if you live on the West Coast, Canada, or overseas), your order might take a few days longer since we are mailing from the East Coast. If you order right before or after a holiday, there might be a slight delay due to employee vacation time. We always do our best to get your order processed as soon as possible.

4. Is it possible to rush ship? 

We apologize, but rush delivery is not currently available on our site. Please contact us directly at if you need your order by a certain date, and we will do our best to get them to you.

5. What is the return policy? 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that you received your order for a full refund. Please mail products in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags. Email Princy at for shipping instructions and destination. Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Do you offer exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, etc.?

Yes, we do. Please contact Princy at for further assistant. Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Do you offer gift purchases?

You can order a product and send it to another person’s address. However, due to the nature of where we are shipping from, we cannot include personalized messages (yet).
If you would like to give a dollar amount for your gift, we have gift cards available for purchase ranging from $25-100. 

8. Where else can we purchase Nomi products?

Almost all of our products are featured online, but we also host and participate in events where we sell products directly. Follow us on Facebook for updates on where Nomi will be next. 
We are also in the process of developing our retail list. Check back in the next few months to see which stores are carrying Nomi products.

9. How do I know that my money is really making an impact?

10. How do I know the material is really recycled?

We work with certified partner organizations that have regular contact and site visits with the company that provides the recycled bag material.

11. What size of t-shirt should I order?

Our size runs a little bigger than American Apparel which is commonly used for logo tee in the US market. For each t-shirt, we provide you our model height and the size of tee they are wearing. If you still not sure about your size, free feel to drop us an email at

12. How do I best care for my Nomi product?

For the products made out of rice bag material, it is best to wipe with a damp cloth. For the organic cotton t-shirts, machine wash normal, with like color clothing. Tumble-dry normal. Do not bleach.
13. How can I help fight human trafficking?

14. Wholesale orders?

We are currently taking wholesale orders through e-mail. Please contact to discuss options for selling Nomi at your store or large event.
15. Why is international shipping so high?

Nomi Network is currently shipping USPS. International Shipping for USPS usually costs around $30 or more. For example, the shipping fee to Canada from New Jersey is usually $30. Since Nomi is still a small company compared to many other large retailers, we do often get the most competitive shipping rate. However, we are working to improve that so all our international customers can enjoy Nomi products at a more reasonable shipping rate. Please check back with us in the future.
