  • At this time, Nomi Network ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Nomi Network ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

The merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).     Exchange Procedure

    1. Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and/or customs documents. Complete the Return Form by listing the return and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records.
    2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form and Customs Documents (if applicable). Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
